Tournament Information

Reservations

 

To confirm your tournament date, send a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 and a signed copy of the enclosed contract to the Club upon receipt of this information. The contract must be signed by the person(s) who is financially responsible for the payment of the total tournament costs. The contract must be accepted and signed by the Club tournament organizer.

OBLIGATIONS:

• One (1) week prior to the tournament date a deposit for half the number of participants must be submitted to the Course. Final payment must be paid prior to the first tee off, the day of the event.

• Due to government regulations (food &liquor licenses) No food or beverage(s) purchased off premises may be brought onto golf club property. (Box lunches can be arranged by the club)

• A list of foursomes, must be provided a minimum of one day prior to the golf tournament (fax your list at 257-0010). Participants are to show up one hour prior to their designated tee time(s) or shotgun start time.

CONFIRMATIONS

The final number of participants must be confirmed one (1) week prior to the date of the event. The final numbers may not vary more than one (1) foursome.

The final number of carts must be confirmed 1 week prior to your event date.

DRESS CODE

For men: dress pants, walking shorts, golf shirt with collar or shirt with no collar but must have sleeve (plain), socks with all footwear, golf shoes/sandals or running shoes.

For women: dress slacks, golf skirt, or walking shorts, golf shirt or blouse with collar (may have no sleeve) or no collar must have sleeves, socks with all footwear, golf shoes/sandals, or running shoes.

MISCELLANEOUS

• 18-hole Shotgun tournaments – entire course reserved for your event, should your numbers drop below 100 you will be charged for 100 players.

• 9-hole Shotgun tournament – Feasibility must be discussed with event coordinator. Shotgun tournaments will be converted to T-time format if numbers warrant.

• For the enjoyment of all golfers, an acceptable timeframe to play is - 18-holes of golf in four and a half hours or 15 minutes per hole. Golfers should be aware that if they are not able to play at the expected pace, they will be asked to pick up the pace or be moved ahead. All golfers should play a maximum of seven strokes on the fairway and then pick up the ball and drop it on the green for a maximum of three putts. Golfers that do not cooperate may be asked to leave the golf course with no refund. Each player must have his/her own clubs & golf bag. No sharing is permitted.

• All persons on golf course must be golfing. Exceptions must have prior approval of management.

• Any special requests are to be discussed and approved by Course management prior to the event date.

• There are only 2 persons allowed on the power carts at any time. All participants driving power carts must have a valid driver’s license. All power carts are to respect course rules and be driven with caution. Carts must be kept on fairways-out of trees and must respect cart direction signs. All carts are to be 30 feet from all greens.

• Please let us know if “Hole-in-One” prizes include vehicles/spas/boats etc. as part of your golf tournament. Hole Sponsor signage must be delivered to the Club the day/night prior to the event.
