General Information

  • Our facility is air conditioned with excellent lighting
  • The rural golf course setting provided excellent scenery for photographs
  • Plenty of Parking

     

Capacity

  • The Banquet Hall seats 120 people very comfortably, with access to covered balcony.
  • This capacity estimate also allows room for a dance floor and for a D.J.
  • If you prefer round tables, seating capacity decreases to 100

     

Catering

  • Full service kitchen with qualified chef
  • Choose from our banquet Menu or create your own menu and we will be happy to accommodate your requests
  • We can arrange for specialty cakes for weddings, anniversaries etc.
  • We have a variety of linens at our disposal and we also have the option of renting other linens to accommodate decorating preferences
  • See enclosed menu for meal selections and buffet lists.

     

Bar Facilities

  • We can arrange for an open or cash bar at your convenience
  • We provide full service with wait staff and bartenders

Music

  • Although we do have D.J. references on file, and we will be happy to make suggestions, we generally find that customers are better off to book their own music. This is especially important when the function is a wedding or any other family reception. It is very difficult to assume musical tastes and book on behalf of others.
  • We have a PA (Personal Address - microphone) system that will be at your disposal.

     

Decorating

  • Our interior colors are Forest Green, Burgundy and Taupe.You may also choose to bring in any other center pieces of your choice. Please keep in mind that open flames are strictly forbidden. Our only decoration limitation is that we request that nothing be taped or nailed to any of the walls. Our facility is new and we are trying to keep it in excellent condition for all.
